Venue Information

The IPT 2026 will be hosted at Oklahoma State University , in Stillwater, Oklahoma, on May 26th-31st, 2026.

OSU is very excited to host all participating teams. Have a look at the promotional video, and for full venue details and schedule information, check the tournament page on the OSU website, or contact the local organizing committee at ipt@okstate.edu.

Time-Line

This year, to assist the teams with more challenging travel arrangements, we deviate from the typical calendar.

Therefore, the registration deadline is on November 1st 2025. Depending on the number of registered teams, the IPT execom may host a preselection round (this was the case for most recent years).

The preselection deadline is on January 4th 2026, the full guidance can be found on the preselection page.

Visa

We invite the teams that need a visa application to contact the execom straightaway after the national selection (if you are from one of the automatically qualified countries) or to have the visa documents ready on the preselection results announcement date.

Registration fee

We have confirmed the registration fees, the invoices can be requested from the execom and the LOC. The team registration fee is €1100, it covers up to 6 team members and up to 2 team leaders. Additional guests fee is €600.

IPT Conference

The IPT 2026 will host the IPT Conference – a non-competitive event for talks about the IPT problems – in a hybrid format. You can register for the IPT Conference via this Google form.
